The eclipse was actually way more awe inspiring than I expected. It was really cool how quickly the sky got dark and a couple of planets were visible. One thing I didn't expect was what looked like a 360 degree sunset all around the horizon. And how much you could see the corona all around the moon without needing solar glasses to view it. I doubt if I'll ever get to see a total solar eclipse again. I'm glad I got to experience it.
We got clouds...
I'm jealous! I did see the 1999 one though.
I've had a couple of partial solar eclipses in my life, but this was the first total solar eclipse in my area in 1200 years. It was bizarre. The partial ones were awesome, but this was much cooler than anything I expected. Did the path of totality go over to where you live?

Yeah. We were really lucky. On the morning it was cloudy where we live so we jumped in the car and drove sixty miles away to get a clear view from the moor!

I'm glad you got to see it. It was an unbelievable experience. Like I said earlier, a university from Germany spent $60k on a whole floor of a hotel 20 minutes south of me. If you were in the path of totality, I wonder why they didn't just go over to where you are. Haha.

Is anyone else here interested in Endless Ocean, or am I the only one?
Yes. You're the only one in the world who's interested in Endless Ocean. But seriously I don't know much about it. I've heard the original is a cult classic worth lots of people who loved it. So I'm interested in finding more out about the game

I never played the original, but since it seems to be more enjoyable with other people I just wasn’t sure if anyone on the forums was planning on picking it up..

It's multiplayer? I didn't know that. What kind of things can you do?

Yeah up to 30 players. It seems like mostly an exploration game, exploring underwater depths. Every time you load in you’re thrown into a new computer-generated area from what I understand. It might get boring quick but seems like a nice relaxing game.
